  My daughter loves this place bc it has the best selection for beads and what she needs for making bracelets which she loves! Very good for any project or hobby for any age

  I went to the H.L. in Terrel TX and the store was clean and bright. Shelves were fully stocked. 3 associates greeted me, asked if I needed help. Actually took me to the aisles that products were located. Listened to what project I was working on. And thanked me for coming in.

  I went there to look for something in particular and not one employee spoke to me or ask me if i needed help . they are just rude like your in there way . well guess what I wont be in your way again . I hope people are aware of the rude employees and dont shop there !

  Rosy has a very rude demeanor. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but I didn’t realize how hard it is to price check which I had asked for. Once I told her I didn’t want the item, which was a glass coffee mug she rudely set it on the counter hard enough to break it if it was fragile enough. Her lead was there. I didn’t appreciate it much.
