    I called to make my payment on the phone Thursday, which my payment is actually due on Fridays which is every other week on my payday. For some when I had called last Thursday to make a payment the guy tell me I got a late fee because my pay is late because it was due on the 15th. I was like no that's wrong it's due every time I get paid on a Fri. Then I tell him the money is automatically drafted out of my acct and a late fee is never on there and he says because when they auto drafted it doesn't do the late fee 🤔. I don't know what they are doing cause since I have had this item I've never been told I had to pay a late fee. I was going to come and get a bed and get my couch, and my mom was coming to buy a living rm set after all these shenanigans, we both changed our minds. This wasn't explained at all when I got this item. If I could give them a zero I would. I really want to give them the item back and go thru someone else. Always paid on time and been a good customer. I'm very unsatisfied!!!!

    If I can give a zero I will I ordered some items the beginning of the month they kept giving me the run around and today received an email about been a week delayed they double charge you on payments run 🏃 do not go threw them they will mess you over

    I wanted to update my review - I spoke to the Division Manager, we settled the issue, she went above and beyond to better serve me and right the wrong, and made a strong note that she is in store fixing the issue within those that are employed there and holding managerial positions. She represented Aaron's very well! I would give this business 0 stars if I possibly could! My asset is 2 months away from being paid off in full. Over 4 grand I gave this company! I am 32 hours past due and they sent someone knocking at my door for payment, ( my auto payment card expired ) mind you he was incredibly crude, unfriendly, and kept his hands in his pockets the entire time which was alarming as a single mother alone in her home. It was not a friendly exchange or professional at all. He also told me my payment was 1 week late which was incorrect. I called the store to let them know the situation and mistake made, the manager Kay, told me their Regional Manager Venessa or maybe Veronica was sending people out this weekend to collect payment. So I requested to speak to her but was told shes not in on the weekend ( so im trying to figure out who gave this man permission to come to my door today on a saturday if my payment was due yesterday a friday ) Every time I tried to speak she was yelling over me about my contract and would not let me speak. She ended up screaming at me when I told her to shut her mouth for one second and then proceeded to hang up on me. Apparently shes the only one allowed to be rude on the phone. 2 years I have had my asset, made my payments, been a great customer, and I am stunned at the respect and appreciation ive been given doing business with them at the end of me paying off my asset. It seems like anyone can earn a managerial position and it requires absolutely zero professional skills, no composure, and zero emotional maturity. Never again will I purchase with aarons. Way to go Kay!

    These guys have been SO amazing even in the face of my annoyance. They're so understanding to others situations and quick to make up for any communication issues. 10/10 love the representatives here
