- RCRon Clemons2 days ago2.0Have ordered many appliances from Lowe’s over the years spending many thousands of dollars with them. Our most recent purchase was a wall oven and somehow they and their installation contractor (CRST) got their wires crossed. As a result, they failed to show up twice on the scheduled installation dates, and after wasting a lot of my time making several calls to both companies I was told there was nothing they could do to expedite things. Additionally they refused to refund the installation fee. Since my business obviously isn’t that important to Lowe’s I guess it’s time to go to Home Depot or Best Buy next time.

The only reason i asked is because it was paid with a debit card. And Home Depot does it all the time without any problems. After i left just simply saying oky and went to do more shopping i was coming back to pay and overheard the same lady that just attended me in my returns making fun of me in a conversation with th other lady because i was asking for cash back? This is not professional and very rude

After committing to measurements the final pricing is not correct and discount was not apply. Unable to get a hold of the salesperson or anyone in the dept to address the issue. He either is not in or call will mysteriously get dropped. Would never recommend anyone to Lowe’s ever and will never go through Lowe’s for any future home improvement again. This experience has sent me to Home Depot.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
