Ordered carpet for installation on Nov 20 only to find out 2 weeks later that the carpet selected is discontinued. Cancelled that order and placed another, and another promised delivery date has passed. Obviously the install date will not be met and not one contact from the store. Contacted the coporate headquarters and found out there is a production issue at the factory. This sign is in the flooring area still.
