The older gentleman should retire, if he’s inconvenienced by simple questions from customers. I’ve been here 4 times and he has treated myself and other customers poorly. He even treated another coworker poorly in front of me. The coworker was a young man, who actually has great customer service skills. Upper management needs to investigate his lack of effort and customer service.
