    I had a very frustrating experience at Lowe’s in Sulphur Springs. I went in looking for an item that the app showed was in stock. When I asked the first associate for help, he didn’t seem willing to leave his area and instead told me to go find another employee in that department. I spent time walking around trying to read name badges but couldn’t find the person he mentioned. I asked another associate who simply told me to check a certain aisle and said if it wasn’t there then they probably didn’t have it, even though the app clearly showed it was in stock. I then asked someone in the paint department if he could call the employee I was told to find, but he awkwardly avoided using his walkie and didn’t help. Finally, an associate in the nails section actually used his walkie and called the person. When we found him, he also told me if it wasn’t on the shelf then they didn’t have it (neither associates gave an effort to look and rather sit around and talk to each other) . I ended up leaving and driving home frustrated. Out of curiosity, I ordered the same item online for pickup—and somehow they magically found it for my order. This tells me the employees simply didn’t want to help look for it. Also, the cashier named Olga consistently has a rude attitude every time I visit. The only associate who actually made an effort to help was John. Everyone else made the experience a waste of time.

    Amy in the paint department was AMAZING today! I came in trying to match a color off of a picture on my phone. Even put it through AI just to see if I could possibly get a paint number. But of course we could not make that work. She worked with me, gave me ideas and I was just so indecisive about choosing another color but close to what I was looking for. She worked her magic and we came together with something I could live with and it turned out great! She didn’t rush me to settle. We just kept on working together to get the best outcome. 10 out of 10 for her customer service!

    Customer service is a total joke in this Lowe's. I went in to purchase the following items 1. Weed eater 2. Rake 3. Hand saw 4. Double sided carpet tape. I found the weed eater and rake on my own Now this is where the incompetence of employees begin. I was told that the hand saw was on Isle 59. By the lumber. There is no isle 59 down in lumber. When I asked where the double sided tape was, the first employee looked at me and said I don't know. When I went up to customer service they told me back on Isle 35 or 39. Guess what Nope not there. For God's sake. Train your employees on how to help the customer. I parked my basket in front of customer service and walked out. I went over to Tractor Supply and purchased everything I needed within 10 minutes of when I walked into the store. What I experienced in Lowe's, I'm shocked that they are in business.
