Unfortunately I've made the mistake of trying to use them a second time with the same result. They blow my phone up while I'm at work. I get paid twice a month and if the pay day falls on a holiday or a week end it takes a couple day to hit my account. I've explained this to them numerous times. Today they decide to pop by my house with my sitter and tell her my personal acc business. My account is due on the 16th and I'm not behind please explain to me how this is professional. I highly recommend going somewhere else I will not trust them with my business again.

These people are the rudest most stuck up individuals I have EVER done business. I have paid out several agreements with other Aarons stores and loved the customer service.I WILL NEVER rent from this company again as a result of this store's rudeness. The delivery team made nasty comments about my family in front of my husband, and treated him as though he was too retarded to know what they were doing. He has a mental disability, and this is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. Even the "Sales Manager" laughed in my face about what was going on and then she preceded to pretend to be the store manager and insult my intelligence further. It's ok though because corporate office was notified as was the bbb and my attorney. Zero stars for these stuck up jerks

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.

Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
