  We recently purchased a leather couch from Star Furniture—a beautiful Natuzzi piece—and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The showroom had a great selection, and it was easy to compare styles and find something that fit both our comfort and aesthetic needs. The Natuzzi couch itself is outstanding. The leather feels high-quality, soft yet durable, and the craftsmanship is exactly what you’d expect from a well-known brand. It’s incredibly comfortable and has really elevated the look of our living space. Customer service was another highlight. Bill was knowledgeable without being pushy, answered all our questions, and helped guide us through the options. He was ahead of the game looking into number of available pieces and delivery before we asked. Look for Bill if you visit! Overall, a great purchase and a very positive experience—I would definitely recommend Star Furniture if you’re looking for quality pieces like Natuzzi.

  I have to give one star even they are not eligible to get one star. I bought Recliner Sofa from this store back in February 2026 and recliners button goes bad in just 5 days, after that i have contacted customer multiple times but no clue what is going on, so after few days i have to go to Store personally and General Manager Chris Helped me to exchange the bad piece with new one, Thanks for that But..... New sofa they delivered again its broken wood inside, you can not notice because it covered with fabric, so i don't know what kind of furniture they sale, but "Dont buy anything from Star Furniture, because customer service also very poor.

  I always enjoy shopping at Star because when I tell people I’m just looking, they don’t bug me when I look and if I find something then I find a sales person and that’s just what I did. I found George and he was very nice. Very helpful. met the store manager, and he too was very nice. Very accommodating. I always enjoy shopping at Star furniture

  Saleslady was pushy and rude that I did not want to buy what was on the floor that day. I told her up front I was just looking today to get ideas. Despite this she followed me around and tried to engage in meaningless conversation the whole time. There was a chair I was interested in but when I told her I still wanted to shop around before I made a final decision, she got impatient and asked me when I was going to make a decision in a loud voice and followed me down the escalator to the front door as I shouted “I don’t want to be pressured”. It will be a long time before I go back here. Be prepared if you go here to get stalked and hassled. This is why I like shopping on line.
