The customer service here is the worst I've seen of any home improvement store. Employees are lazy, useless, RUDE, and act like they're doing us a favor by working there. They need better training, re-training, or go find new jobs. They are especially rude and dismissive when it comes to dealing with customers in a polite, civil, and professional manner. Home Depot is much better and you actually get treated in a professional, respectful manner.
I have told most of my business associates, clients and friends to avoid Lowe's in Sugar Land and go to Home Depot instead.

Today is 3/24/26 i be at Lowe's waithing on Electronics on #5 they call 9 times in 45 min. And no body coming to helpme to find the rigjt plug for my machine, i call customer service and the stuped (AI) service when i try to speak with the Manager never send my call to jurt keep talking, they call manager nobody arrive, thats the reason i not stop in 2 years, they only have Milenium kids and people joke and speak loud like they are in the park but nobody want to do the customer service because they there just make the hrs they don't have the knoleage like the people in Home Depot they don't mess around werever you need at 3 min. You have sombody to halp you here at Lowe's 1 hr and i get out mad with empty hand Home Depot meavy 15 min. You are in your trucl back home, i never stop again, they shut fire the Manager with all the Minions and hire new and older people with more knolege than a Kid.
