  Wanted to give our guy Steven A a shout out for outstanding customer service. This guy took the time to look for supplies for me. I have been to 4 different stores (unfortunately my experience was not good at all!) and I just want recognize and acknowledge his attention to exactly what I was looking for and NEEDED! I could not get my pool (16' x 35' x 53" above ground pool) back to clear water. It had been green for over a month!!! Nothing I did worked! Steven, based on all the info I provided, he was able to give me some recommendations. After my purchase he found some extra straps to test my pool. Thank you Steven A! I really appreciate the time you took. Because you see now I have a clean and clear that my whole family and friends get to enjoy. You didn't just bless me brother 🙏

  i always come to this store and get help from Austin, when he wasn’t there the “assistant manager” Leslie offered to help me. I don’t understand how they have someone in management who knows little to nothing about what she’s talking about. She is completely unprofessional - on a separate occasion she was crying at work due to not being knowledgeable. The company clearly doesn’t care about its customers if they’re allowing her to spread misinformation. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
