The facility is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me confidence that my belongings would be safe and protected. Everything from the storage units to the common areas was spotless and organized. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Denise, the manager, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had exactly what I needed. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to helping customers. Overall, I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. Between the cleanliness of the facility and Denise’s outstanding service, it’s easily one of the best storage experiences I’ve had.

He was the consummate professional and explained everything to me thoroughly. I later received a call from the manager of the Sugar Land location, Denise. Denise is an absolute pleasure and also provided exemplary customer service. She introduced herself, confirmed the terms of my lease, and gave detailed information specific to the access code and mobile app. Fast forward to my move-in day and Denise is just as pleasant as she was on the phone. She greeted me warmly and personally walked me to my unit. She provided me with a tutorial specific to digital door access and using the storage unit key. I must also mention how impressed I was by the cleanliness of this facility. Based on my interactions with the courteous staff, as well as the meticulously kept facility, I knew I chose the correct location.
