  My salesman Chuck did a great job. He was courteous, professional and responsive. Jeremy Nugent, the installer, also did a great job. He arrived on time, was efficient in doing the install and was professional.

  This place was highly recommended to me from my friend, when I got there Chuck helped us with everything good help, I started asking for washers I find out that they didn’t have any in stock waiting list 🤔, I bought some expensive ones by the way waited 4 weeks!!! The delivery people had me waiting for two days in my house not following schedule. Subcontractors that does not represent the Company at all, cancel the order went to Lowes same machines next day delivery and and save 400$ really!! Never again.

  As far as we are concerned, this is THE ONLY place to shop for high end appliances in Sugar land. After wasting our time at Lowes and Home Depot browsing the "cheap stuff", we were delighted to see all of the professional grade products there in the Sara show room. Pricing was fantastic and the installation was quick and professional. We could not be happier.

  TOP TIER SERVICE!!! I have to take a minute and commend the team at Sara’s appliances especially Chuck. He went over and beyond to do a service call (During the holidays mind you) When our filter suddenly would not respond and dispense both ice and water. We bought this fridge eight years ago, y’all! We are beyond grateful for the prompt assistance, But furthermore, for Chuck’s calm and kind approach to helping us resolve this issue on a moments notice. Thank you, Chuck! Thank you, Sara’s appliances.
