Rich at checkout was very polite and helpful, even helped me load 20 bags of mulch into my truck. I was at royal oaks Lowe’s earlier and no one offered , even when I asked for help. Highly recommend

Do not order flooring from Lowe’s. Order is completely dead in the water, setup order through website, if they don’t have enough product at the store, the order completely shuts down and stays in 100% open status. No communication occurs and Service pros can’t begin project, no plan on how to resolve is told.

Work as a contractor doing home remodeling,
I went here to buy over a $1k in materials for a job. at the check out I remembered i needed water for my crew. the manager at the pro registers refused to include the waters in the account to my company and was extremely rude.
Don't shop here, just cross 59 to the home depot.
