    I needed assistance. Asked for help twice. I was told they would get someone, twice. Neither request was answered. Got frustrated and left with nothing!!

    Their delivery installation team is much worse than what you can imagine. (Called as instructed, robot will answer you ... then after long time navigating , you can reach someone who will listen to you and tells you, we appreciate you as a client and you are very important, have a nice day ! )

    The employee at checkout were no help at all. No bags were available for one. Fine, can live with that. Then could not scan a piece of plywood. I was told to go back and get another. I already checked in my other products. They have no way to key it in. It was like they were not there to help at all.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Lowe’s – Sugar Land location. I went in personally to confirm that my items would be delivered on time. I paid an $80 delivery fee specifically for next-day delivery. The following day, I received a call saying my delivery was moved to the day after. When I explained that I had already requested and paid for next-day delivery, they told me there would be no delivery at all. I was informed they would only deliver on their schedule — not the date I paid for. To make matters worse, instead of resolving the issue, they canceled my order without my approval and sent me screenshots from their computer showing the cancellation. The customer service was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Charging customers for expedited delivery and then refusing to honor it — and canceling the order when questioned — is unacceptable. Very disappointed in how this was handled.

    I bought a generator there, right before the cold days at the end of January, but it was too heavy that I couldn't unload it from my suv, so it stayed there for about week, then I went back to return it. They told me that too many days passed, and that I only have a couple of days if I wanted to return it. I spoke to the manager, he say to unload the generator and bring it to the store to see it if it is still sealed he will accept the return, he send person from the store who helped unloading it, but it was so heavy he could not lift it well, and it hit the ground, and when the manager saw the box he said: that's not the original tape(which means I paid a full price for an opened box prod), and he acused me that I opened box, and he refused to accept it. I haven't opened the box yet, but the manager didn't even consider to go and check the box in my car, instead they ordered an employee to unload it, he very likely damaged the generator, and even he(the meployee) said it -it was too heavy, i maybe damaged the generator, still the manager refused to accept the return. Horrible customer service, I am being honest, and I was treated badly. I expected more from a company like Lowes.
