Charlotte, Kailey, Aniket and Samantha exceeded our expectations by making suggestions, providing a variety samples, utilizing the wooden blocks for numerous diagram examples and as well as taking time to set up angled or standard sides and firm and soft seats. We were able to take advantage of sale that was in progress. We never felt pressured and made our purchase the next day. Charlotte followed up by emailing us information on how to unbox, build and cover our sactionals. The lifetime warranty on specific items were explained to us several times. We are extremely happy with our purchase and can't wait for delivery!
