  i always come to this store and get help from Austin, when he wasn’t there the “assistant manager” Leslie offered to help me. I don’t understand how they have someone in management who knows little to nothing about what she’s talking about. She is completely unprofessional - on a separate occasion she was crying at work due to not being knowledgeable. The company clearly doesn’t care about its customers if they’re allowing her to spread misinformation. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

  Plenty of items in stock and the sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions.

  My pool pump went out out in March 17th due to the freeze we had here in Texas. I Called many pool companies who wanted to charge me a fee to come out. I called Leslie's and spoke to Chris on March 18th who asked me to bring in my motor and he could diagnose the issue and possibly save me alot of money. He was very professional from the phone and even in the store. I went there on March 19th and he diagnosed the problem and told me the impeller went out because of the freeze. He did not have the part in store but was able to order it and install the part and got my motor up and running. He was a blessing. I may still need a new pump as the pumps are changing to a variable speed as he explained to me but for right now Chris rocked by saving me a fortune!!!!! Although there is a Leslie's closer to my home within 7 minutes, I drove 25 minutes to Chris's location because of his friendliness, knowledge and eagerness to assist.
