    I’m a frequent customer at this location and usually my experience it’s excellent. But today Ms Emely at the front cashier had a bad attitude. I asked her if she can double the bag because the one she put my things was already ripped and she said it’s right there you can do it with an attitude. I’m spending 1,000s of dollars at this store the least you can do is not give me a ripped bag. If you don’t like your job stay home. Bad attitude bad customer service not friendly didn’t even say a word didn’t have a smile on her face. I normally don’t leave bad reviews but ughh not for this bad attitude when we didn’t even do anything.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
