    Nice store? Super bright, clean... A lot of employees gather together at the registers to talk and chill. Everything seems a bit more expensive than the other box stores.

    The best and worst experience at this location. Fiza was a fantastic customer service oriented employee who cared about our purchase. Unfortunately the next visit was the opposite. I sent an email to corporate for the lack of professionalism by employees and so called Supervisor. My husband went back to pick up our paid for items because we didn’t have ohr truck. He stood in line to pick up our merchandise and the customer in front of him said I’m next but to her surprise a woman at the cash register said no, I’m next. The woman goes next and proceeds to chit chat with the cashier while we are all waiting. She tells the cashier what each stuffed animal is for and the cashier notices one is messed up. So she goes and gets another one and hold the line up even longer. I get to the cashier and ask for the supervisor and the cashier tells me she just left because she was the woman with the stuffed animals that took everyone’s time, HOW RUDE AND ENTITLED DO YOU NEED TO GE, Cutting in line the holding up the line and your the supervisor of the store! Can’t make this up! Appalling, rude and unprofessional. What a horrible management team.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund. While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items. *we allow up to 3 returns without a receipt.
