  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Speed Queen Laundry thanks to Kayla! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She made sure everything was clean, running smoothly, and took the time to answer any questions I had. Kayla really goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable. The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and the machines work great—but her customer service is what truly stands out. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who come in. If you’re looking for a clean, efficient laundromat with excellent service, this is the place and Kayla is a big reason why. Highly recommend!

  Excellent customer service. Came in here for thr first time not knowing how close by this place is to me. Kayla and the staff greeted me so respectfully and the location is super clean. They also educated me on how to get started as a first timer. Definitely coming back here again to do more of my lau dry duties in the near future! Thank you guys!

  I had a great experience thanks to Alasha! She provided excellent customer service, was very helpful, and kept everything running smoothly. The store was clean and well-organized, which made a big difference. On top of that, she had such a positive attitude and was genuinely pleasant to interact with. It’s clear she takes pride in her work—definitely appreciate her effort. They’ve gotta give her a raise!

  Always a great experience at Speed Queen! It's never crowded. Prices are great and it's very clean 😊 I enjoy the ambience videos playing on their side screen televisions 🧘🏾‍♀️✅. Mostly, the staff is amazing! Cody always welcomes everyone with a warm greeting and smile! I purchased a beautiful tie-dye laundry bag and Cody informed me that I'd get a free wash. I came in a few days later and I met Diamond who also greeted me with a bright welcome 🤗 I asked for help getting my free wash and she granted me my wish 💖 Thank you Diamond! Overall, this is a great location, great environment, and perfect washes everytime! Keep shining Speed Queen 🎉

  I visited this place one day, and the woman on duty had already closed the laundromat ahead of schedule. I have to admit that she ruined my evening with her rude behavior. On the other hand, the management of this establishment reached out to me and apologized for the incident. I hope to continue coming here without any further issues, as the place is nice—very spacious and clean—and, as I mentioned, the other employees have been friendly; I only had this problem with that particular woman. Otherwise, I highly recommend the place; it offers a quiet atmosphere and is extremely convenient. Their dryers are fantastic—you only need to set them for 30 minutes, and your clothes come out dry! 🤩
