  Too expensive, especially for the area the store is located. I was Very disappointed. To be fair, the furniture was beautiful, just not anything I could afford.

  I was really excited to purchase a concrete table from Restoration Hardware, but the experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. When I picked it up, the table was already fully wrapped and not located in the original spot where I had first seen it. The staff loaded it into my pickup truck, which was padded with blankets and boxes to prevent any damage during transport. Once I got home and unwrapped it, I discovered that parts of the concrete had completely crumbled. I immediately called the store. Their first reaction was to ask if a third party had moved it, seemingly trying to shift the blame. I explained that I personally handled the transport and took every precaution to protect the table. Unfortunately, since I didn’t inspect the table again after purchasing it, and before taking it home, they refused to take any responsibility or provide assistance. I even asked if they could at least share the list of materials used or any insight, so I could attempt a repair myself, they declined. Bottom line: if you’re purchasing something from here, inspect it thoroughly at the store before you leave; insist they unwrap it in front of you. I trusted the process and ended up with a $1500 table that I can’t even use. Very disappointed with the product quality and lack of customer support. I expected much more from Restoration Hardware.

  Very large RH outlet location. Very nice furniture selection. I was specifically looking for the bedding and duvet covers and I did not find what I was looking for. Went right at store opening and employees were friendly.
