Made 3 orders, first 2 delivered. at same time, but only one was delivered, been on phone and chat with lowes to get issue resolved, Chat doesn't help and keeps saying another 24 hour, I've already waited over 2 days and still no response, so contacted them again and just they just say wait another 24 hours. trying to call store, no one picks up, YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY

A multi-million dollar company and they struggle to have assistance readily available. An issue that they claim to recognize and be aware of yet they do what it seems like nothing about it you have to scour the entire store just to find somebody to get help.
And it's crazy cuz sometimes they'll call me and try to get me a pro account set up. Can't help but laugh. It's a wonder how they're even still in business when they're direct consumer that goes in store gets no support no help and there's nobody available

Picked up a decent ceiling fan to replace an older ceiling fan. So far so good (as to quality of the ceiling fan). 4 star review just because I would of liked to have supported a local mom & pop store. :-)

Terrible customer service from the service desk and the store manager. We purchased a countertop advertised on the website on sale for $30 off and available for pick up in store same day. We went to the store to pick it up along with other items. At checkout they charged us full price.
When I asked why we didn’t get the sale price their response was that we didn’t pay for it online. This was after I showed them the “shop the store” price.
I generally like shopping at Lowe’s, but it will be an extremely long time before I return, especially to this one.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
