  i when to this store i am pool profesional company the employee refuse rest a salt cell after told me he has the machine and the product to do the test only take 30 min to do it or so he give me 2 hrs waiting and pool store was empty no customer waiting bad service i will never go again on top he say you should go to other store if you don’t like this store there i was gone purchase a new cell this company need better customer service

  Service is nonexistent, they won’t answer the phone, so you have to go there to get any answers. Don’t think you’re going to the old Texsun Pool shop, it’s not the same. They sat on my pool cleaner for a month just to tell me they can’t fix that manufacturer anymore. I’ve spent my last dime at Leslie’s.

  I know everyone is busy with the weather, but I called and asked for service the day of the freeze. Three weeks later I’ve heard nothing. Called a week ago and was just told “we will get there when we get there”. Terrible

  Very good customer service. Chris Hobbs was very helpful in explaining chemicals and such. I brought my polaris in for the free inspection and bag. Now, albeit $200 later, my polaris works great and cleans the pool well. They also had reasonably priced chemicals, specifically alkalinity. The free water testing is also nice. 2 months later: Polaris still working great.
