I purchased this GE washer from Lowe’s on February 19, 2026, and it was delivered on February 21, 2026. As of March 1, 2026, the washer is not working properly.
The machine will not complete a full cycle on Normal, Bulky, Towels, Whites, or Quick Wash. It starts washing, then shuts off before finishing the cycle. This has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the washer is brand new.
To make matters worse, the Lowe’s representative I spoke with was unhelpful and rude when I called for assistance on 1 MAR 2026. I expected better customer service and better quality from a new appliance purchase.
Very disappointed with both the product and the service.

Felt racist. I was eyed as I approached self checkout and she went as far as grabbing things out of my basket as I was scanning. I don’t look like I need the help so felt pretty targeted.

Just about finished my shelving project. The Spring store was very helpful. Had cut my shelves to the required lengths. Unluckily, they ran out of the shelves I was looking for. Went to the west spring to get more, waited for help and when they came was told straight to my face that they don’t cut shelves anymore. Wow… just unbelievable service… 🤦🏻♂️

it’s my first time here, but i like the way this store’s set up. it’s a little farther out from the one closest to my house (45/holzwarth, #0563), but i’ll come here now as this is one of the few locations in spring with exceptional customer service. i can’t remember her name but the lady working at customer service and the guy at asco on fri 2/20 around 7-8p were extremely friendly and helpful :) i like that there’s an area with pet toys and treats. we found what we were looking for with the associates’ assistance.

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
