    I was surprised at this visit. My family and I had came to see about an electronic door lock. Not one person greeted us or even asked if they could help. I guess unless your buying paint or expensive tools no one ask you if you need help. I was very surprised. I work customer service and to be greeted or asked if you need help goes a long way. One person can make a difference.

    I really want to support Lowes, but the Spring location is giving Lowes a bad name. Nobody answers the phone. Just let it ring for 10 minutes with no answer. Was calling to follow-up on a curbside order that was placed over 24 hours ago. Should have been ready in 3 hours. Still pending more than 24 hours later. 2nd time in recent months I've had issues with curbside. Order canceled.

    Not a pleasant experience, help needed in tools was announced, 15min and no one came. I looked for someone. She unlocked and took items to the register, manager approval was required, because in store price was $149 and online was $49. Manager Rosie comes and says she can't adjust the price that I had to buy online. She said Home Depot does it we don't. I asked where W Spring store was located. She provided the address. Went to the other store and a totally different story. First associate I found and send tools person to me. The guy said I needed to buy online and helped me every step of the process and was there until I walked out with the battery and charger I needed. Thank you Ulises. Manager also sped up the online order process. First store almost no customers, second store was packed. The only difference, customer service.
