The selection of fabric is vast, unique and offered a variety of price ranges. We found a really cute dog print fabric that was perfect for our needs. At checkout we were greeted by Casey. She was so pleasant, and personable. Great customer service!

There were also a lot of pallets and stock carts blocking aisles—especially around the Christmas section—which made it hard to browse. It looks like they’re still rolling out seasonal items, so things weren’t in their usual spots, which I understand since fall and Thanksgiving decor is still out. I did notice one pack of velvet ribbon bows had a staple through it from manufacturing, which ruined that piece, so I didn’t buy it. Aside from those things, the store seemed fairly well stocked overall.
- LMLindsay MarinoOct 6, 20253.0I want to rate this store higher but the only complaint I have - and it’s a big one - is that, apparently, right before the busiest time of the year for shopping - corporate has cut its employees hours, therefore crippling them as far as staffing. There’s not nearly enough employees. So it’s not a customer service issue with the employees. I watched the employees frantically trying to help people and be in 3 places at once (on a Saturday), but everywhere I looked - people were waiting for this and that. People at the fabric counter waiting - the lady that helped us was so sincerely apologetic for the delay, but just while she was trying to do that she kept getting requests to be in other areas. I overheard several groups complaining that they needed help and couldn’t find anyone. I just hate it when corporate cripples their employees and, in turn, the company as a whole, for the sake of saving a buck. We all know where this leads in the long run - and it doesn’t look promising.
