It is unfortunate that Robin is no longer there, not terribly impressed with the new people. I have had my 10x7 unit for less than 2 years and just received my 4TH RATE INCREASE! I started in the $80's and this last one went to $161.00.........that is ridiculous. I was just told that my rate is increasing "probably because my unit size is desirable"...wow really. They will continue to raise the cost about every 3 months - this causes people like me to go find another place and they will do the same thing to the next person, it is a vicious circle and we the consumer get caught up in it. I am very disappointed in this company. I am very loyal to the businesses that I do business with, Extra Space Storage is not. So just remember that "great price" you got when you moved your things in will be gone very quickly.
