My unit just so happen to have gotten broken into and I didn't receive much support or help with the concerning issue. I was upset and bothered. I switched into another unit and it happened again and no support or help again. After loosing someone your mind is all over the place. I didn't like my experience since moving in but the 24hr access was made available to others near. Life happens and I didn't know I was on a temporary "promo" rate for 3 months. So unexpectedly no notice of any provided the pay increases ($90 for small unit) and now I got behind surviving. As life is happening I get first an email about my unit going up for Auction 😔I was literally going to pay the amount I was passed due in a few days ironic then a huge increase to $338 is now due. I'm a first time storage user I didn't expect this at all and I was sick to my stomach at this point. I called asking and begging for help with the amt to work with me because of what I'm going through. Very direct and stern and giving me clarity on where I am. Mind you I hadn't received notice of rate increasing, storage was already broken into twice, now im hit with a much higher fee. I am broke at this point, my mom who recently passed ashes and other valuables I decided to keep just became pressure on me figuring this out. But grateful it wouldn't go up anymore until Dec. So it gave time to get the money together. 2weeks today I go in to handle the balance to see if they will work with the amount. I had simply ask for help. I don't know who the worker was yesterday but she worked with me and was very supportive to help get back on track and not lose my things. I just cried and gave glory to God for a blessing I needed during this time. I sincerely appreciate you and it really gave me a raving review to leave because my sorrow turned into being a grateful tenant that just needed help while I'm at my lowest. I know its only God who made this possible and using a kind hearted worker that listened, a plan to help get back on track. So go ask for a red head lady with blue eyes she provided the best customer service experience I have had since having a storage there. I felt like a human in the manner. Every person who works in servicing really have to customer service, show empathy, solve a problem to keep a person because it's missing a lot out of millions of businesses today. It's the little things that encouraged me to write a review. I love to leave raving reviews that make impact. I appreciate this experience I received. Thank you so much ma'am for helping me keep a piece of my mom because it's been a rough year. Thank you thank you thank you again.
