It is also stated in the agreement they can jack up the price at any point. Research the lawsuit to this company (not location the actual company) for bait and switch where companies advertise a low price and switch prices within 2-3 months after moving in i started at 190 and 2 months later it went up 75 and now i received another letter stating it is going up another 60. The fact companies like this are taking advantage of people like this is ridiculous and they will give you a 30 day notice which doesn’t give you enough time to hire movers and figure out where to put your belongings
