When I asked if they where still open because the hours on the door said they were open, a lady answered the doorbell with an attitude and told me she would be back in 10-15 minutes. I waited patiently for 30 minutes and when she got back to the front office she decided to help the other customer first instead of letting that customer know I was first in line. Rude and unprofessional. Expect poor customer service if you choose to rent from this location.
