- RHRon HarroldMay 28, 20251.0I would give a zero if possible. Set up an appointment about leaks on pull pump and filter base, my wife showed them the leaks, they were there maybe 10 minutes, told my wife yep you’re right it’s leaking. Gave her an estimate and parts needed, told her she’d need to go into their store to get the parts and set up another appointment. Charged us $178 and did nothing but say “yep, it’s leaking.” Called the 1-800 number to file a complaint and was told I would hear back from them in 24-48 hours. Will never do business with them again, $178 to hear, “yep, it’s leaking.”
