  Went to the store on Fourth of July to do a quick return and a water test of our pool the Manager on-site Gabbie De La Torre was really rude and with ugly attitude and when we confronted her on the spot to be a little more professional and being a little nice she turns around and tells us we’re being rude and we told that we’re gonna leave a review and it seems not a bit to bother her she just said go ahead and say hello from me to the corporate office….. people lately don’t care how they answer or how they approach customers that keep coming back…. We will no longer use this location due to people like her

  It appears that the Bulverde store has a new water testing machine this year and if you don't buy the chemicals they recommend, they don't want to give you the test results to take home. I told her I have the alkalinity up still leftover from last year and wiil adjust with what I have for now, in which she then proceeded to check my purchase history. I wish I could attach a picture of all the Leslie brand chemicals that I have sitting in my cabinet. I have purchased all the chemicals I need while my pool is open in the past from this store. Although, I do not adjust exactly to their recommendation, as it is not necessary. I've tried it and there is no difference in how I take care of my pool. Only an owner knows their pool best and you can save hundreds of dollars per year by not adding all what they want you to add. Also they will at times make recommendations for a different type of pool than my vinyl pool. I've had my aboveground vinyl pool for over 17 yrs and have replaced the liner once last year, one pump, and the sand in the filter once. My pool is always crystal clear and spotless. I guess I will start testing my own water like I did before this store was here and purchase all my chemicals somewhere else. I will never again purchase anything from Leslie Pools.
