I’d never heard of that before, but I trusted the explanation since the person worked there. When I arrived, I discovered it was actually two separate units next to each other being advertised as one. One of the units also had a large concrete barrier running the full length of the space—about a foot wide and three feet tall—which was never disclosed during the phone call. That setup did not work for my storage needs at all. I went to the front office to explain the situation, and this is where the experience completely turned around. Sarah was incredibly helpful and kind. She listened, understood the issue, and personally walked the property with me to find a unit that actually worked for what I needed. She made the transfer smooth and stress-free, with no hassle at all. Because of Sarah’s professionalism and willingness to help, I left feeling taken care of—even after a frustrating start. Lesson learned: never rent a unit sight unseen, and always ask if the person you’re speaking with is actually on site. Huge thanks to Sarah for saving the day.
