I’m currently dealing with a torn ACL, and Carter went above and beyond by helping me hand-pick the best straight boards and handling all the heavy lifting and cutting. I’ve been to many other stores where getting help is a struggle, but the service here was top-notch. I received help from other staff to load all my lumber, stones, whatever I biught that day. Truly grateful for all the help. Thanks everyone. Huge shoutout to the staff here.

The package only came with half of what is ordered, but they are refusing to refund anything because they have a picture that they claim shows delivery.

We purchased some marigolds and other flowers @ $1.98 each. As, I got to the register I didn't catch the band of the cashier who checked me out, nor was her name on the sales receipt, but we checked out at 1:39PM. As she began to count our plants I was trying to be helpful and tell her how many of what type of plant I had, and in a snarky attitude she remarked, "it doesn't matter the type of plants they are. They're all $1.98 each. I was taken aback by her poor attitude and I didn't help matters either when I reported, "I was just trying to be helpful". She continued being snarky and said, "you try to be nice with some people", I told her I just responded with the same attitude that you gave me. She apologized for her attitude. I too apologized, but it should have never ended like this. I will never therf again.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
