    If you need Kitchen Cabinets GO ELSEWHERE... ANYWHERE ELSE JUST NOT HERE! In 2017 I ordered 45+ cabinets from Lowes in Keller, white shaker with white interior. When they came they had brown interior so I needed to wait another 10 weeks to get the correct cabinets. During install my contact within Lowes quit or moved to another store and therefore severely delayed my install, once started again the contractor installing for Lowes quit he said for nonpayment from Lowes, I do not know if this is true. So another delay once they secured another installer they were installed but the whole process took a YEAR! Fast forward to 2025 I had a pipe break in my kitchen which damaged 1/2 of my cabinets. I went back to Lowes in Southlake because I was unhappy with the service in Keller. I handed them the exact same plans from 2017. Told them which wall of cabinets were damaged and they said they would order new ones. I did not receive an order confirmation to review before Lowes Southlake made the order. The cabinets come and of the 31 cabinets 3 were correct. Yes I said three cabinets. I contacted Lowes immediately and they said the cabinets that came are what I approved. I stated I received nothing to approve and to please show me. They could not provide this. I was on a time crunch as I was trying to get home before Christmas so I agreed to keep most of the cabinets but 5 needed to be replaced as they were not white inside to match what was there. They said they would expedite the order. This is took 10 weeks to get to me, preventing me from going home for Christmas which is the whole reason I agreed to accept the wrong cabinets. Once they came the trim was wrong, reordered, came wrong again, reordered, came wrong again, on the 4th reorder it was the correct trim. I stated from the beginning of the replacement that I would agree to keep the bar cabinets but I would need an additional wine rack as the original wine rack is too shallow for the incorrect cabinets they installed. I was assured it was coming, then after 3 months of waiting Lowes told me that was not in my original replacement order and they could not replace it, I stated I have told the install department on every call that the incorrect cabinets are too deep for this wine rack and to either replace all the cabinets to what was suppose to be ordered or get a wine rack that fits, again they assured me they were looking into it. Month goes by, I make repeated contact with the store manager David, who again assures me he is looking into it. Honestly I did not even need them to cover this I would pay additional at this point but it is going on 8 months and despite my patience, my quick communication, and my repeated request for updates this has still not been resolved. Twice I have had them work on my kitchen and twice its been a total nightmare. I advise anyone looking for cabinets to go elsewhere.

    Lowe's - if you are going to sell extended warranties on your Frigidaire refrigerators, please contract with a different repair company than Electrolux. They are very hard to schedule repairs and their repair people have been challenged fixing the door closing properly. Their repair technician ETA is 8 am-5 pm, but you may see the technician at 7 pm - or not at all like today. I will never buy another Frigidaire, and won't get the extended warranty from Lowe's anymore.

    Lowe’s Shipped me 6 Sets of Gemmy Pro Lawn stakes and I received them on 12/19. I opened them on th 26th and found one of them to be missing parts. When I went to the store in Southlake, TX they refused to help me even though they shipped me a defective product. We called customer service and they refused to help either but said they would send me information on Gemmy so I could work with them and that didn’t occur either. Lowe’s has lost a long time customer over a $14 product that they shipped missing parts. I have spent $1000’s with them as a homeowner over the years. Will no more.

    I went to go look for a toilet and Andy helped me out pick out the perfect one for my restroom . He was very respectful by asking me if I needed help before I even asked. Then he proceeded to help me load it up. Amazing help from him!
