TRIPP, a not so called "gentleman" who self described as the HEAD CASHIER, refused to call the store manager or a an assistant store manager to attempt resolving a simple issue a few dollars worth.
I was attempting to return a small item which normally cost $11 because it is composed of two parts period a few days before when I was there I explained to another associate that I needed on the top part so he kindly priced slightly below the 11 Dollars at around seven dollars.

The "head cashier" named TRIPP REFUSE TO CALL MANAGER, WAS CONDESCENDING AND RUDE implying that I was trying to get something for nothing. head cashier was rude and condescending to a 75 year old woman by refusing to accept a return even though the receipt clearly that the particular item had been bought at a discount because it was missing apart. He insisted that without the extra part, which I had not purchased, he couldn't accept the return in bottom line and treated me as if I was attending to pull the wall over his eyes. Treated me as a dishonest person. Which I have never been door will I ever be. In sum, I have never in my 45+ years as a legal immigrant having paid thousands and thousands of dollars in taxes in this country, I would never cheat not even for one dollar.
Never in my life, in the seven countries and seven states that I have resided, have I ever been so disrespected by an employee.
In my experience as a former police officer and prosecuting attorney, I can clearly define his attitude as discriminatory on two basis: I still have a light accent, but most important I am an elderly person over 75 years old whom he thought he could steam roll over... and treated me as if I were trying to cheat the store and that was highly offensive.
I will never any circumstances shop at LOWE again anywhere for any reason so thanks to "TRIPP"the so-called head cashier LOWES has lost a client who loves to constantly improve my home.
I have a reasonably large home with 30+ windows that need window treatment other than average of 1200 dollars apiece I suspect this is someone important to lose headquarters even though I am an individual I spent tons of money at Lowe's IMPLYING THAT I WAS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING.

We always shop here at this Lowe’s store and prefer it over the local Home Depot. The store is very clean and has an excellent selection of everything you could want for inside and outside your house. My Wife likes the garden area. The staff is usually nice and will help you find what you’re looking for. I had an excellent encounter with a young man named Victor who was working in the front of the store today. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Please continue to hire folks like him with a positive attitude willing to help customers find what they need.
