Then she refused my own company lowes pro card. The the manager came and she was nice and she finished checking me out with zero problems and not one problem with my card that I use here every single day. She still continued to be ugly after the manager left. This lady does not belong in retail. The amount of money I spend here every day the get treated like crap and to bag all my own stuff its disgusting. I have never in my entire life have encounter some like her.

The photos show your use of flock cameras that do not face your parking lot (where security cameras should be aimed). - ABAndi BorenJan 28, 20265.0I went to Lowe’s this morning to get bags of salt for the ice that was covering the stairs to the entrance of our ophthalmology clinic. Workers told me that they had been sold out for 3 days. I expressed my disappointment and that I needed the salt for elderly patients trying to navigate the stairs into our facility. Not only were they compassionate and understanding, but one of the employees flagged me down as I was leaving to give me a half bag of salt that they had reserved for their entrance. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could thank him personally. Such a kind, thoughtful employee that Lowe’s is lucky to have. If only there were more people like him on this earth!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
