Sydney at customer service was very helpful & patient. She got me fixed up on an item which was on clearance at another Lowe's location but not the Southlake store. It kept me from pulling my hair out & I appreciate it. Thanks again.

Had to bag up all my stuff myself.
Lady had a nasty attitude , eye rolling and all.
Then she refused my own company lowes pro card.
The the manager came and she was nice and she finished checking me out with zero problems and not one problem with my card that I use here every single day.
She still continued to be ugly after the manager left.
This lady does not belong in retail.
The amount of money I spend here every day the get treated like crap and to bag all my own stuff its disgusting.
I have never in my entire life have encounter some like her.

I refuse to come to your establishment again. I will go to Home Depot down the street. The photos show your use of flock cameras that do not face your parking lot (where security cameras should be aimed). Hopefully someone with authority in your company will realize that you are unnecessarily taking data for only God knows what purposes.

I went to Lowe’s this morning to get bags of salt for the ice that was covering the stairs to the entrance of our ophthalmology clinic. Workers told me that they had been sold out for 3 days. I expressed my disappointment and that I needed the salt for elderly patients trying to navigate the stairs into our facility. Not only were they compassionate and understanding, but one of the employees flagged me down as I was leaving to give me a half bag of salt that they had reserved for their entrance. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could thank him personally. Such a kind, thoughtful employee that Lowe’s is lucky to have. If only there were more people like him on this earth!
