We were initially promised a maximum 2-week delivery timeline by the store at the time of purchase, and based on that promised timeline, we decided to go with Lovesac. However, it has now been significantly longer than expected. There was no proactive communication regarding the delay — we had to follow up ourselves to get updates. Only after reaching out were we informed that the new expected delivery date is March. We had invited guests over and were waiting for the sofa to arrive, which made the situation even more inconvenient. With this timeline, we would have never purchased it. We are very disappointed with this experience.
