I declined. Why would they need my 56 year old face to keep same account open. I have always had the same card and never late payments. I cut card up and switched to Home Depot. Sad......Lowes needs new credit card management company.

Two of them helped my with bags of sand in the afternoon, but I had to go back for more later in the evening. Alonso was the only person (that I could see) in the garden department. He was really awesome. Everything a representative providing customer service should do, he did. And with a smile. It's a shame that getting good customer service as a woman in a hardware store prompts a review. But it is the exception, not the rule. In fact, the first person I asked to help me at the Pro counter responded to be with a blank stare when I greeted him and acted like I was really putting him out. Couldn't have walked any slower. So, thank you for the former and address the latter. Sarah
