The last couple weeks we were experiencing some major frustration with our salt pool not acting right. When I brought in a test sample to see what was needed, they took the time to recommend a maintenance procedure that we could do at home before trying to sell us on expensive treatments or services. Happy to say that successfully worked and they have very happy loyal customers!
