- LJLara Jenkins2 days ago2.0This location feels very mismanaged. Others have pointed out the horrific lines and I agree! Often times it’s far back past the kitchen storage items! And there’s always a supervisor or manager type standing by the doors just apologizing instead of working a register. But another issue is the employees stocking the shelves- they bring out carts and racks and take up most of the aisle. They never apologize or greet you. They certainly don’t try to move out of the way so you can grab something. We were in there last Friday afternoon and the lines were the longest I’ve ever seen- but there were so many employees stocking shelves! I had to wait until a lady was finished stocking my the shelf before I could grab something she was standing in front of! Can’t these people be trained on registers for times when the lines are so long? It just seems like common sense and customer service is sorely lacking here!

This is pretty much every time I visit, weekdays or weekends. Today there were multiple people and only 2 registers open, and two other employees just stood there and watched. It took over 20 minutes to get through which was longer than I spent shopping.
