Would do no further good to expand/air my conversation here other than my sincere hope is that the manager takes action to fix anything similar from happening again. As his management experience moves into 2026, a solid dose of ensuring his sales force not forget there's a small thing called customer service. You can be rest assured without great customer service, your sales and management complications will only get worse.

Not only do they have a wide selection of leather couches, But my sales guy, Sherman was so helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy or smothering. He answered all my questions and concerns. Sherman made it easy actually to make the decision to go ahead and commit to a sectional( also i fell in love with my new couch). Very happy customer here.!!! I will be returning in the future for any other new furniture I need.!!
