The app was not recognizing the email that I had used to log in, in the past, and Krista interrupted what she was doing to offer her help. She showed me how to update my email in the app. However, when I tried to change my email to the one I preferred, a msg said a user already had that email. I'm not sure why the app didn't let me log in with that email initially, so I have a little more investigating to do. Always excellent customer service, though.
