It's no wonder why people no longer want to shop brick n mortar retailers. As I'm writing this review I'm still on hold with this lowes. Over 50 min now and going. Placed an order on the 12th, 2 wks ago with a delivery date of the 21st. That has come and gone. No one still has a clue. Currently being transfered to another area where no one will answer. We will see if the new home depot will be any better once its open in Cibolo. I've also had the opportunity to shower and eat during this whole process. Now ill be waiting for a call back. Seriously sad to what the new level of customer service has become.

Visited Lowe's New Braunfels yesterday. It was a terrible experience, they couldn't help us so, after about an hour or so, they told us to go to the Schertz Lowe's store. Long story short, Lowe's Schertz Store customer service is great! They got everything we needed, spot on. They were fast, friendly, efficient, helpful and they didn't treat us like we were bothering them!!! We were on our way in no time. New Braunfels Lowe's store should send their store employees to the Lowe's Schertz store for customer service training! Hat's off to Matt at the paint counter, Brian at the cashier desk and Katie the Lowe's Schertz Store manager on 3009! Great Job!

Not a huge fan today...purchased a ceiling fan & set up installation. They gave me an installation date without checking with me first for a date (wasn't available on the day they selected), there's no on-line method to reschedule the date, spent 30 minutes on the phone to reschedule without resolution, then was informed they don't give a time frame when installation will occur, stating they need a 12-hour arrival window. I don't want to wait all day. I spent several hundred dollars, all they had to do was check with me on a good date.
Lesson learned, now I know...Amazon will get my business next time.
Additionally, "Birdie" in your customer service section needs significant training on dealing with the public. When asked upon returning the item "Do you remember me?" (From an hour earlier), her verbatim response to me was "Why? Am I supposed to?" Her attitude reflects the poor quality of her training & the culture of your store.
Completely unsatisfactory from beginning to end in all aspects.

Update: had to go back the next day to do a return on some of the items and I was met by Nathan and Noel. They delivered top notch service from start to finish. From assisting unloading material from my car to return, helping me find the new material I needed and helping me load it into my vehicle, thank you to these amazing men!
Came here today to start a diy project, I came across a worker and asked if he could help and I explained my project. He said he couldn’t help but that this other worker (Worker b) could who was walking by. Worker b responds no I can’t but he (worker a) can. This interaction right here made me feel small, considering I always was in over my head for this project. I’m a girl so building stuff is already out of my comfort zone. Then worker b comes over and has me explain my project again and shows me 2 areas where I can find wood that may fit my project needs and walks off. I needed help and explained myself to 2 different workers who neither seemed in the mood to work or listen to understand. Then after I spent nearly $300, I pull up my car to load up, worked b is chilling by the registers and still apparently not in the mood to work or be helpful watches me load the lumber . A random stranger offered to help me before any worker did. Extremely disappointed in the level of service I received today. Seriously considering returning everything and taking my business elsewhere.

This is my local Lowes. I enjoy being there, most of the time. Recently my wife and I went there to buy a new grill and we were helped by a lady that was awesome! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves credit. So very helpful and stayed with us to make sure our questions were answered. I had never spent $1000 on a grill before. Pleasant experience for sure, thanks ma'am, whoever you are.
Yet other times, it's extremely hard to find a person to help me or just answer a question. Please management, hire more people.
They are usually well stocked and clean. The garden area is awesome!
If y'all had food for sale up front, this would be the Chuck E. Cheese for adult men. Thanks.
