This is my local Lowes. I enjoy being there, most of the time. Recently my wife and I went there to buy a new grill and we were helped by a lady that was awesome! I wish I could remember her name because she deserves credit. So very helpful and stayed with us to make sure our questions were answered. I had never spent $1000 on a grill before. Pleasant experience for sure, thanks ma'am, whoever you are. Yet other times, it's extremely hard to find a person to help me or just answer a question. Please management, hire more people. They are usually well stocked and clean. The garden area is awesome! If y'all had food for sale up front, this would be the Chuck E. Cheese for adult men. Thanks.

Horrible experience. We came in looking to buy a stove. Two employees passed us and said nothing. My husband walked up front and asked for help.. waited 10 min and nothing. We then found another person and asked for help. They called someone again.. no one.. I walked up front to ask for a manager and the manager was just leaning on the counter. I asked her for help and she again said she’d call someone. Didn’t apologize or offer to help. Walked out empty handed. Very disappointed

Great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Anthony. He truly went above and beyond with his customer service. After delivering and noticing the dryer door direction wasn’t very convenient, he took the time to change it so it would work much better for us. That kind of attention to detail and willingness to help really stands out. Excellent service and much appreciated!

We were at Lowes for a few hours because we drove up from South San Antonio. I was on a mission for a grill and a multi tipscrewdriver. Hubs need a spark plug for his Husqvarna 435 X-TORQ that he purchased at Lowes a few years ago and some ant killer. We both want a gazebo. Waited around in the grill area for assistance, didn't see any associates. Alyssa at customer service called somebody for us. Katelynn came by, told me they are in stock but assembly wouldn't be possible until Tuesday. Unfortunately, they can't sell the floor model. She advised I could purchase online and have delivered fully assembled. I've been looking for a grill for some time, but I want it already assembled. So I grudgingly accepted I would have to wait. We picked up the screwdriver, ant killer, they found some gloves they wanted, now the spark plug.... couldn't find it. Walked around and around trying to find somebody and the only people I keep seeing are the same 3 helpful ladies, Alyssa at customer service, Mayisha working in paint, who called over the speaker for help with spark plug. Katelynn shows up again (so pleasant) we try to locate the spark plug, no luck. She then tells me she was able to sell the grill after all even though it was the display. I'll take it!! She wheeled it to the front while I grabbed some totes that were on sale. We go to customer service to check out (the grill is there) Alyssa very kindly checked us out, made sure it was under my rewards, and called somebody to help load it in my truck. And called again. And again. Mayisha saw me waiting and waiting and asked if she could help, then Katelynn appeared and offered assistance too. Alyssa apologized that none of the guys came out to help. That's okay, the ladies did it! They used an oversized electric dolly and loaded my new grill. Joy, the manager came over to make sure everything was good. Then I realized I forgot to bring straps and buy a grill cover. Back inside. Only self checkout available besides customer service. Saw Katelynn again and asked which aisles. She walked me to the grill covers cause she had to pull it from up top, she got it down for me and asked if I needed help with straps. I just needed the aisle number. Got the straps, checked out on self checkout, strapped in, went home. While it was a little frustrating to constantly search for assistance, those 3 ladies were so helpful, over and over again. I would come again if they were working, they need promotions and clones, cause if EVERYONE that worked at Lowe's were like them, there would be no competition with home depot. (the amount of available associates for assistance, you can't turn a corner in home depot without running into somebody that works there, Lowe's only had those 3 ladies).

I stopped by Lowe’s today around 4:50 PM and checked out at the Garden cashier. Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. The young man assisting me was rude and did not ask for my Pro account phone number before completing the transaction. After scanning my items, he placed them randomly on the counter instead of bagging them. As a regular customer and Pro account member, I expect professional and courteous service. It seemed like he was not interested in helping customers or doing his job properly. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future. Thank you.
