They had what I needed, but the customer service was HORRIBLE. They have an excess of employees but no one seems to be helpful... Except for maybe one or two of them. I'd go to a different location. It'll actually save you time at the end of the day.

This Lowe’s may be well organized, clean, and well stocked but customer service is lacking. Went to buy a bathroom vanity; no employees were in the plumbing department. Flagged down a passing employee who paged for another employee. After several minutes an employee showed up who used the Lowe’s app to find where the item was located although I already knew that. I had questions about supply lines and installation but the employee couldn’t answer them and directed to the appliance department.
No employees to be found in the appliance department. Went to the customer service desk and asked them to page someone to the plumbing department. I went back to plumbing but no one came. This trip to Lowe’s was a complete waste of about 45 minutes of my time

If I could give this store 10 stars I would thanks to Albert! He went above and beyond to help with kindness, patience, and genuine care. It’s rare to find someone eith such a servants heart, who truly listens and takes the time to make sure everything is right, but Albert did exactly that. His customer service was outstanding Albert turned what was a very stressful situation into such a pleasant experience. Lowe’s is lucky to have him!

After refraining from shopping from this atrocious Lowe’s, I tried to get help with a project. Seven over head pages and some manager that came by to tell me he couldn’t help me, I left. I don’t know how this place stays in business. The 5 minute drive down the street to Home Depot is well worth the drive and experience.

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
