    I bought a washer just this afternoon and brought it straight home to connect. The washer is making a loud noise and is barely working. I called Lowe’s to speak to a manager and the girl that answers is refusing to let me talk to any manager and says I need to go through the manufacturer. I will never ever go to Lowe’s again. I live on a small fixed income and it really hurt to have to make this purchase.

    It's a BIG BOX store. If you know what you want, at an ok price, you are at the right place. However, If you are seeking help to solve a problem, you wont find it here unless youre really luck. My suggestion is, go to ACE Hardwhere. You get what you pay for.

    I had purchased a kobalt tool box today on 11/8/25 at approximately 1415 hours. I arrived back at the store to pickup my toolbox around 1700 hours. Upon arrival multiple people directed me to someone else as if they did not want to deal with me, this went on for the duration of my time at the store. At one point a member of your team whom I believe was a manager said to another employee, “I’m clocking out, it’s your problem now”. I continuously waited while nobody provided me any kind of assistance. Multiple employees stated they couldn’t help me because they weren’t “trained” and “licensed” then would walk away. At about 1830 hours someone was finally able to assist me and it wasn’t until about 1850 that my toolbox was brought out and loaded onto my truck. I wasted almost two hours waiting on someone to help me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Very frustrated with the service that was provided to me today.

    Horrible customer service, the store holds my 1500.00 dlrs for an online order, then tries to charge me again, then advises me to cancel the order so the hold will go back to my card within "15 min" so they can charge me again. Wait 15 min and nothing, call corporate and they say 3-10 days for the charge to drop. Now I have an order that I have to pay for twice if I want it today or I can wait for the pre auth to drop in the next 3-10 days. Corporate hangs up on me, mgmt is no help. Absolutely ridiculous. Whenever I am charged for anything online I never get charged again! Makes no sense, the pre auth should finalize and clear just like any other online retailer!
