- BBBriAdell6 days ago1.0I started renting my storage space in march of 2025 and had no issues aside from the autopay feature almost never working which was stressful. I originally paid $75 monthly until randomly in August they start charging me $139 monthly with no communication beforehand. The autopay feature still not working I had to log in and pay manually and pay late fees. In October I paid up a balance of $164 and then 2 days later I arrive at the location to grab some of my things to find my code doesn't work and they want another $164.40. I call, and they say what I paid was for September and October and can't explain the new duplicate charge but say I have to pay it. Here we are in January with a lien on my unit and they want $588!!!! Late fees, Lien fees and insurance fees?! And they have my things on and auction site currently. Current bid is at $340. This is not legal and is legit a scam. This has been a joke and the most stressful rip off experience I've had ever.
