Rats ruined the back half of my storage unit. I lost a bed, a leather sofa, dresser, boxes, clothes, and shelves. I even saw a live rat when I went into the storage unit. The manager refuses to reimburse. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION Thank you for replying Extra Space Storage but I did bring the concerns to you but you ignored them, charged me another month, refused to refund that month, and did nothing about the rat issue.
