She has very poor customer service does not have the willingness to help you with your situation and is very rude. Sadly, to say, I will be leaving the unit personally, I feel customer service is a must when representing a company
- EDElvira DominguezApr 8, 20261.0Worst customer services from manger amber or what ever her name is 04-8-26 They over charged my card they failed to let me know how much was going to be taken out I called twice to make payment and not one mentioned 50$ more was going to be charged leaving me short for my house rent the manger was not helpful at all she was rude and just out right useless has they let me know how much was going to be taken out I would I’d only made one payment on my units 2 units been here for 1 year SO UPSET DAWN IS NO LONGER THERE I WILL BE MOVING BOTH MY UNITS THIS MONTH BAD BUSINESS
