  I cannot recommend Kali enough! She is truly an amazing storage facility manager and made my entire experience seamless from start to finish. From the moment I reached out, she was incredibly communicative, professional, and attentive to every detail. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how efficient and organized she is. You can tell she genuinely cares about both her work and her customers. She handled everything quickly and professionally while still making me feel valued and cared for, which is such a rare quality these days. Her friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and hassle-free. It’s clear that Kali takes pride in maintaining the facility and providing exceptional customer service. Her communication is excellent, her professionalism is unmatched, and she truly makes a difference. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you know you’ll be taken care of by someone dependable, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, Kali is the person to see. She is an absolute asset to the facility, and I’m so grateful for all of her help. Highly recommend!

  Customer service is amazing here, hands down best storage unit facility I have ever been to. Prices are extremely fair for what they offer, everything is climate controlled. It’s indoors and has working ac so you’re not sweating as you bring your things in. They have a loading dock, dollys on hand, very secured facility. One stop shop offering mattress covers, packing boxes and tape, I highly recommend this storage facility.

  Ive been with Key Storage now Storage Hub for many years. They have a very clean facility and great customer service. The past managers were good but I gots to say the new manager Ms. Kali is hands down the best! She answered all my questions and relieved years of stress thinking there is no flexibility when paying my storages. We are in tough times right now and i appreciate knowing i do have some flexibility and they're willing to work with us in these hard times. If you need a storage i recommend Storage Hub and speak to Ms. Kali!

  Kali is the best!!! If you are looking for storage, this is the place! A friend of mine recommended this storage facility and we are very happy with our choice! This self-storage facility is very clean and Kali's customer service is outstanding!!! We were very impressed with Kali from the beginning, she took her time showing us all our options. Kali was very supportive every step of the way. And the day of the move, she provided us and our movers with water. Kali, thank you for all your help!   I walked in 5 minutes before closing time and Marisol was gracious enough to give me a tour of the facility. It was an easy decision to proceed with renting the unit. Marisol was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the details, never rushing the process.
