  Consultant Christian Wiltbank greeted my wife and me at the door. We explained what we were looking for and after patiently leading us through the showroom, we made a choice. Christian is very professional. His knowledge and suggestions led us to making our choice.

  Worst customer service ever experienced. Went there today but didn’t buy any because of the high price. The salesman Carl was super aggressive about defending their inflated prices and got very rude towards us. If you just shop around, don’t go there.

  Star furniture has always been our furniture store For the past 20 years. We have always had excellent service and phenomenal products. This week held up to our long-standing positive relationship with Star. This past week we were blessed to have an awesome sales woman named Shae. When we first called, she helped us over the phone even texting us on her day off about the product We were interested in. She is very friendly and Has a great sense of design For interiors, I sent her pictures of the current furniture from Star in our home that we were trying to match up to purchase a new bed and she was able to assist us in selecting a beautiful new bed. One of the days we went to Star Shae was off and her incredibly talented colleague Ariana also helped us to narrow down our selection. Since Starr furniture does price matching, we were also able to get help with Shae on adjusting our price after the sale. If anyone is looking for furniture and wants quality furniture, No pressure sales, And help with interior decorating, I can highly recommend Star furniture and both Shae and Arianna. Thanks

  Sales associate Augie met us at the door, took us through the showroom with superior knowledge of products. Was able to demonstrate knowledge of different brands, materials, and construction qualities, and make thoughtful recommendations that weren’t pushy. Went over the paperwork thoroughly before signing to make sure there were no mistakes, and was able to accommodate some flexibility we needed in our delivery. Excellent service, we felt respected as customers and trust the quality of their business, services, and products
