  SiteOne University Oak location is hands down the best irrigation supply house in San Antonio and surrounding area. Robert, Jose and Joe know what they're talking about and fast. If they don't have a irregular item they will find it and have it shipped to the location. Any irrigation, drainage, pest control or lawn chemicals needed can be found at University Oak.

  I ordered pea gravel for my landscapers to pick up on Monday morning for a job they were doing on the same Monday morning since they did not have drop off available for another 2 weeks. I received an email informing me that my order was ready for pick up and payment on Monday morning. I called in, spoke to an employee, was sent a link to pay and paid. When my landscapers arrived they were told that that they did not have the pea gravel on in stock. When asked how we could fix this since the product was paid for and work is scheduled, they told me I could purchase a more expensive rock or pick up the pea grave I at their other location in Boerne- 45 minutes to an hour up the road! I couldn’t believe this. I was told that this was an “honest mistake. Yes, honestly horrible customer service and business practices. At no point before payment was I told that they didn’t have the rocks. Not until my landscapers were at the store did they find out. 2 hours after the store opened so it wasn’t too busy; just unprofessional. Then, I had to visit the store to get a refund and now must wait 1-3 business days for my money to be returned. I will never go back to these people. Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else.
