  We've owned our Rainbow for about 22 years...and we just used it..... didn't give a thought to maintenance. It finally "died" on us, Easter weekend of 2022. We found Alan's website and took it to him...he was able to breathe life back into the machine, and provide us some much needed tips on maintaining this vital piece of home maintenance equipment. Alan's not a salesman, rather he performs a service, and we trust his trust his input. Even at 20+ years, Rainbow is still the best vacuum we've ever had, and now we can maintain it.

  Alan's service was outstanding! We've had our rainbow for 6 years and recently had it cleaned and serviced. As just stated the service was outstanding and very professional. The Rainbow system is an amazing system that we highly recommend as is Alan's service and professionalism.

  This is no ordinary vacuum cleaner, this is what we call "the Machine". We recommended this machine to all of my family and they loved it. Good bye to allergies....

  We decided to upgrade our Rainbow after Alan told us about the improvements that were made in the last 10-15 years we've had ours. He demo'd all that we requested. He knows his product extremely well. He even came over and taught our housekeeper how to use it. She was amazed. Had no idea such a product existed! He's offered to come back as necessary for refreshers.....Very helpful. Great product!
