    Had a very bad experience at this Lowes, came to this Lowes to get a barbeque grill, was told the grill was in stock, come to find out it was not in stock, will never go to this Lowes again, was not treated like a customer at this store

    I purchased new doors for installation from this location in September 2025. They were delivered damaged & scratched, and installed incorrectly. The contractor had to come out multiple times to correct the installation, however the damage on the doors was never fixed. Lowe's sent me a tube of paint to fix them myself. The best they could do to help remedy the situation was offer a gift card that was less than 3% the value of the project, which was months ago that I still have not received. I will never do a home project with Lowe's again.

    UPDATE: The response from Lowe's was to contact the 800#. BEFORE I posted this review, I called the store and was told by Josh that there was nothing he could do since it was a pick-up order. I simply wanted them to deliver a new one to my home (which they do deliveries) and pick up the damaged one. I then contacted Lowe's customer service via chat (Raghu P.), and he said the same - nothing they could do since it was a pick-up order. Raghu told me to call the Specialized Support Team. At this point, the hassle was too much, and Lowe's was not going to take care of the customer, so I posted this review to let others know. Note, after reading all the reviews, there are numerous customers who received this unit damaged and not working. ORIGINAL POST: Ordered Midea 5.1 cu ft freezer online and picked up today (no stock at this store, but stocked at other stores and transferred to this store). Employees brought out to load into my vehicle. Box was damaged. Opened and inspected and small dent at bottom. Options were to take it with a discount or order another one and come back and pick it up when it arrives or get a refund. I did not want to keep coming back and forth to the store so took this one. Installed in garage and discovered the temperature control knob does not turn all the way for the freezer section. Directions say to turn the control knob counterclockwise to increase the temperature inside the freezer; however, the knob will not turn counterclockwise past the 'Off' position. It will only turn to the right (clockwise) and only part way into the freezer control (see picture). Called Midea and they could not help - told me to contact Lowe's. Lowe's said I can bring it back for a refund or replacement. So, now I must get my neighbor (I’m 100% disabled veteran), to load it into my vehicle, drive back to Lowe's because both Midea and Lowe's failed me as a customer.
