    I ordered PELLA windows, 6 windows and a sliding door, 14 January 2026. Dates order was to be ready for pickup was 09 Feb. Park of the order was ready. Rest of the order was not ready and delivered 06 March 2026. 3 windows were incorrect, due to the store and I had to rent a Uhaul to take back and reorder. Those 3 windows were ready and delivered 30 March 2026. The driver told me at the time of delivering that the store broke a window and I had to wait. I was never called by the store. I had to call them. I spoke to Scott, he stated he was the manager and would reorder my window, notify me if they can expedite the delivery and set up a delivery date, free of charge. I have not heard back as of today. This is the worse experience given my first time ever purchasing a large home improvement product of this size. I will be going to another company to purchase a remaining wi dow I still need. A word of caution from a 21-Year Retired Army Veteran.

    My husband needed a piece of plywood cut. They called several times for someone. Then, I found out that the one that was supposed to do it said he didn't want to. Thank goodness for Justin, he came out and did it. That was the second time Justin has helped us. He is awesome. It is too bad all the employees aren't like Justin.

    A young man showed up and cut me a new house key. Didn't take long at all! Much better than my experience in ABQ, NM!! And, he asked if I wanted a bag! Save the planet, one small piece of paper or plastic at a time!! Great and quick service!

    Not sure I spoke to her over the phone, but the lady was very rude to the point I had to hang up. I’m trying to explain to her that my aunt gifted my daughter, a twin mattress in bed from Amazon. It didn’t come with screws. I googled that Lowe’s can help find the correct screw if we brought the item upon trying to ask she started explaining that she had a similar situation and that she would hate for us to drive up there, and when I tried to tell her, it was a twin mattress frame she got angry at me and tried talking over me. We were prepared to drive up there with the product to get screws with the proper help to put my daughter’s bed together and it seems like she didn’t want us to do so. I’ve never been here before, and I never will be after that phone experience. After that, she recommended that we go to Amazon instead of Lowe’s So we won’t have to drive there and have our time supposedly wasted. I get it from Amazon and professional and hardware can help us find the screws that we need
